Recently, I had the pleasure of installing LVP flooring and new baseboards in an ADU remodel right here in Vista, California. From the moment I stepped into the space, I could see the potential it had. The client had a vision in mind, and I was excited to bring it to life. I always appreciate the trust my clients place in me to create something that feels both functional and beautiful.
As I began the flooring installation, I encountered a few challenges along the way. The subfloor needed some attention, and I had to make sure it was perfectly level before laying down the new planks. It’s moments like these that remind me of the importance of quality craftsmanship. I take pride in making sure that every detail is just right, even if it means putting in a little extra effort.
Once the flooring was down, I moved on to the baseboards. I love that finishing touch; it really ties everything together. Seeing how the new flooring and baseboards transformed the space was incredibly satisfying. It felt great to know I was contributing to a project that would enhance someone’s living experience.
