The home owner of this property in Vista, CA is using a wheelchair to get around the house. There are some tight corners that make it difficult for the home owner to get past, particularly in the hallway and bathroom. As a result, the walls keep getting damaged by the wheelchair.
The home owner had the walls repairs previously. I suggested what I think is a much better solution – namely, to install aluminum pieces that protected the wall and corners against future abuse.
