My client wanted to improve the curb appeal of his property. Specifically, paint the pergola, the frame and faux shutters around the front window and what’s called the Fascia Board – the wooden board that runs horizontally along the side of the roof.
The project involved sanding the wood, removing as much of the old paint as possible, fixing, patching and finally painting. I am really happy with the results. Take a look at the before after pictures below and see for yourself.
